Kristina Erdely – TV & Film Casting Workshop:
Scene from The Drowning 🌊
Scene from The Drowning – Sean
Part of my ongoing screen-acting development with RAIS — a grounded, emotionally taut scene where stillness says more than words and what isn’t said carries the most weight. Kristina’s feedback centred on the honesty and stillness in my work, and the power of letting moments breathe rather than chasing them. Each RAIS session pushes me to dig a little deeper, and they’ve become something I genuinely look forward to every time.
Caitlin Joseph – 4-Week Screen Acting Audition Technique Course Week 3: Horror-Themed Casting Workshop 👻
Scene from Resident Evil – Albert Wesker
This clip is from Week 3 of an ongoing screen-acting course I’ve been taking part in, led by casting director Caitlin Joseph and hosted by the brilliant Run At It Shouting.
Each week has focused on a different genre or casting brief, and this particular session explored horror — a style I haven’t had much chance to play with before. The scene is taken from the Resident Evil TV series, and I’m working with the character of Albert Wesker — cold, calculating, and with a deep undercurrent of menace.
It’s been such a valuable experience getting to flex different acting muscles in a safe and supportive space. Run At It Shouting consistently brings in top-tier casting directors and directors, creating real industry-relevant opportunities to learn, connect, and grow.
These sessions have been a great way to stay sharp — scene work each week, tailored feedback, and a proper on-camera setup has made it feel like a mini bootcamp for the business. A real reminder that consistency and play are key, and that there’s always more to discover.
Caitlin Joseph – 4-Week Screen Acting Audition Technique Course Week 2: Sci-Fi/Fantasy Casting Workshop 🌌
Scene from Warrior Nun – Adriel
This clip is from Week 2 of the screen-acting course I’m doing with casting director Caitlin Joseph, hosted by the ever-excellent Run At It Shouting.
The focus this week was Sci-Fi/Fantasy – a genre that really leans into heightened stakes, rich world-building, and bold choices. I worked on a scene from Netflix’s Warrior Nun, taking on the role of Adriel – a powerful, manipulative character cloaked in charisma and mystery. A great challenge in finding grounded truth while playing with mythic, almost otherworldly material.
What I love about these workshops is the variety – one week it’s high-concept fantasy, the next it’s gritty horror. It’s keeping me on my toes, and sharpening the ability to adapt quickly to genre and tone.
Also: playing with scenes like this in front of camera, in a professional setup, with direct feedback from a casting director? That’s the kind of training that actually sticks.
Plenty more coming soon — but if you’d like to work together, I’m just a message away.
